Child Protection & Psychosocial Support
Fouadi provides community-based child protection, psychosocial support, case management, referral and awareness services through fixed child-friendly spaces, multi-service platforms and mobile teams.
Programme overview
Fouadi’s child-protection portfolio combines safe community spaces, trained outreach teams, family engagement and structured referral pathways, enabling children at risk to access appropriate support close to their communities.
Fouadi’s experience has developed through stand-alone and integrated multi-sector projects, combining local access, field implementation, infrastructure where required, community engagement, referrals and capacity building.

Multi-Service Platforms I
- 12,200 children received psychosocial support and 3,000 caregivers parenting support.
- Awareness reached 13,500 children and 10,000 caregivers/adults; 910 case-management referrals and 400 specialized-service cases; 220 local workers trained.
Multi-Service Platforms II
- 10 platforms and 3 mobile teams; psychosocial, parenting, protection/GBV and mine-risk awareness.
- 910 referrals, 400 specialized cases, capacity building for 500 service providers and 10 community initiatives.
Noor — Child-Friendly Spaces
- Phase 1: 10 fixed spaces and 4 mobile teams; budget $2,143,685.
- Phase 2: 8 fixed spaces and 2 mobile teams across six rural Aleppo areas; 179,690 beneficiaries; case management, parenting, MHPSS, PSEA and behaviour-change activities.
Emergency Multi-Sector Response
- Child-protection targets include case management for 300 children, psychosocial support for 6,000 children, parenting awareness for 4,500 caregivers and wider protection awareness.
